This Airbnb was a gem it looks exactly like the pictures.I loved the aesthetics and also the location because it was very accommodating for stores,restaurants and things to do downtown.I will be back again.

This condo was nothing short of amazing! It was minutes away from Fashion Square Mall, restaurants, lounges, bars, etc. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable… made you feel right at home. The last day during our stay, we were waken by construction happening outside but totally out of Kevin’s control. I highly recommend this place, will book again.

Beautiful and convenient condo just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square, the place to be seen.
Condo was very comfortable for our group. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the balcony for afternoon sun and just relaxing.
Kevin was a wonderful host. Super responsive and left many suggestions for us while in town, including what to do and what to avoid.

Me, my husband and two teenage boys stayed here for 6 nights over spring break. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and had plenty of the kitchen and bath necessities such as garbage bags, soaps and lotion. Beds were very comfortable. Laundry is in an adjacent building but was easy to use and machines were always available. Shared pool and hot tub area were wonderful. The location of the condo within the complex is a bit busy and lacks privacy but the approximity to Old Town is great. We walked there several times during our stay. We had a bit of an issue finding the building in the dark upon our arrival but Kevin was very responsive, helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Kevin’s place. Very spacious, bright and perfectly located. Starbucks and grocery store right across the street! The fully equipped kitchen and dining situation was perfect. Very nicely updated and furnished. Excellent proximity to everything Scottsdale has to offer. You can walk anywhere from here. The pool is so so nice and the people we met on site so friendly. Kevin’s place is a gem!

Omg this is the cutest spot ever! So well kept and perfect for 4 girls. We ubered to old town because of heels but could have easily walked. Kevin was so responsive and kind and everything was fabulous. Would 1000p stay here again! I highly recommend ¨̮

Kevin’s place was a perfect home base for our spring training weekend. Walkable to Old Town, plus food, drink, groceries right across the street. Nicely appointed, including huge Roku TVs. The patio is a really lovely bonus! Kevin is friendly and answered my one small question quickly. Great spot!
