Kevin's place was my favorite Airbnb stay! The condo complex itself was a mix of condo owners and Airbnb (shorter) type stays. Kevin was a fabulous host who checked in to ensure you had everything you needed. You could cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or a gas grill in the courtyard. The pool area was just awesome, sit in the sauna, hot tub, or hang by the pool and soak up the sun! Everyone we met was so friendly. I looked forward to my evening hot tub visit to meet new folks. Perfect location, was close to everything, and Kevin is a heckuva great guy! Highly recommend Kevin's place !

Had a great stay at this Condo in Scottsdale. Enjoyed the pool and patio and walked each morning to get coffee. Everything was exactly as pictured and Kevin was very accommodating and responsive.

Definitivamente un gran lugar, el departamento muy bonito decorado, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, la ubicación perfecta, el residencial es muy tranquilo, tienes súper, farmacia, salón de belleza, cafés todo a la mano caminando. Espero volver a hospedarme ahí. Kevin es muy atento y un gran anfitrión que siempre se mostró dispuesto a ayudarnos. Felicidades!!

Comfy and stylish apartment well located for hiking, groceries, etc. it’s exactly as photographed with comfortable bed and living room, great shower, well stocked kitchen, and nice communal pool. Kevin was super responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

Four of us were here on a girls weekend and Kevin’s place was perfect! Two full bathrooms, lots of full length mirrors, comfortable seating area. The pool area had plenty of seating, and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Kevin checked in with us several times and was willing to accommodate another night if our flight was canceled. Kitchen was spotless, bathrooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend him and stay again!

Not much to say about the condo itself, beyond what is depicted in the listing photographs---as everything is exactly as shown. The well-equipped kitchen was important to me, as I like to eat at home; and I also made good use of the BBQ grill located within a stone's throw from the front door. But to me, more important when renting an Airbnb is the accessibility and responsiveness of the owner. Initially, I messaged Kevin a couple of times when I had a question about one thing or another and he always promptly replied. Then, when I was having trouble figuring out TV use (as I'm unfamiliar with the world of streaming), Kevin came over to give me an in-person tutorial so I would be able to access whatever programs (mostly sports) I wanted to see. And when I was having difficulty getting an Internet connection, he first ordered and then came over a 2nd time to install a new router. In short, Kevin graded out A+ in every way. I am already planning on renting from him again.

Kevin’s place is awesome and he is easily one of the best hosts I’ve stayed with through Airbnb. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would suggest staying here 10/10

The place was very clean and comfortable. Kevin was always responsive and helpful. This is a great area in Scottsdale and had an amazing pool right at the complex. Overall, was just an amazing experience.

This Airbnb was a gem it looks exactly like the pictures.I loved the aesthetics and also the location because it was very accommodating for stores,restaurants and things to do downtown.I will be back again. Thank you Kevin

This was a most amazing spot to find, walkable to stores, parks, and near a trailhead. A quick drive to several of my favorite spots in Scottsdale. One of my favorite locations in all of Scottsdale, and the host is amazing too. Highly recommended.
