Four of us were here on a girls weekend and Kevin’s place was perfect! Two full bathrooms, lots of full length mirrors, comfortable seating area. The pool area had plenty of seating, and we enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Kevin checked in with us several times and was willing to accommodate another night if our flight was canceled. Kitchen was spotless, bathrooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend him and stay again!

Not much to say about the condo itself, beyond what is depicted in the listing photographs---as everything is exactly as shown. The well-equipped kitchen was important to me, as I like to eat at home; and I also made good use of the BBQ grill located within a stone's throw from the front door. But to me, more important when renting an Airbnb is the accessibility and responsiveness of the owner. Initially, I messaged Kevin a couple of times when I had a question about one thing or another and he always promptly replied. Then, when I was having trouble figuring out TV use (as I'm unfamiliar with the world of streaming), Kevin came over to give me an in-person tutorial so I would be able to access whatever programs (mostly sports) I wanted to see. And when I was having difficulty getting an Internet connection, he first ordered and then came over a 2nd time to install a new router. In short, Kevin graded out A+ in every way. I am already planning on renting from him again.

Kevin’s property matches the photos exactly. As soon as I walked in, it was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was easy to navigate and the mattress was great. I slept very well there. I was in town for work and the location was perfect. The condo facilities are also nice with the pool and hot tub. Parking was a breeze even in a large pickup truck. This was a last minute booking and it all went smoothly. As if I had booked it months before. I felt this listing was priced well as the condo itself was well taken care of and I had peace of mind with the cleanliness and maintenance. I would book again. Seamless stay.

I travel weekly for work and this was truly one of the best stays I've had. Kevin is a beyond wonderful host - accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful. Seamless check-in/check-out. I've already booked future stays because the experience was that great! This place is absolutely 10/10. Five stars all around. Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin’s place is awesome and he is easily one of the best hosts I’ve stayed with through Airbnb. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would suggest staying here 10/10

The place was very clean and comfortable. Kevin was always responsive and helpful. This is a great area in Scottsdale and had an amazing pool right at the complex. Overall, was just an amazing experience.

This Airbnb was a gem it looks exactly like the pictures.I loved the aesthetics and also the location because it was very accommodating for stores,restaurants and things to do downtown.I will be back again. Thank you Kevin

This was a most amazing spot to find, walkable to stores, parks, and near a trailhead. A quick drive to several of my favorite spots in Scottsdale. One of my favorite locations in all of Scottsdale, and the host is amazing too. Highly recommended.

Wonderful new condo, excellent location near shopping and malls. Comfortable bed, excellent shower / water pressure, clean, high quality kitchen appliances, dimmer lights, overhead fans/central AC/heat, quiet location, pool, hot tub and gym.

This condo was nothing short of amazing! It was minutes away from Fashion Square Mall, restaurants, lounges, bars, etc. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable… made you feel right at home. The last day during our stay, we were waken by construction happening outside but totally out of Kevin’s control. I highly recommend this place, will book again.
