We come to Scottsdale every 6 months to go to the Mayo Clinic. We’ve stayed at several hotels and other Airbnbs in the area. By far, this has been our best experience! This condo is gorgeously appointed and clean. It’s in a quiet area with great restaurants close. Kevin was very responsive from booking until check out! We hope to come back again.

This place is really nice. Appartment is really clean and looks like new in a very quiet place. What you on the pictures is what you get. Covered parking is available for free. Perfect location just 15 minutes away from Scottsdale old town. Loves the TVs that are Roku so it is easy to connect your laptop or iPad wirelessly or login with your Netflix / Amazon Prime.... Kevin has been really responsive to requests we had. A great place to stay!

Kevin's place was great. My wife and I have stayed at many Airbnb's over the years and this was one of the best. The unit is very well appointed and everything seemed very new. The location was in a quiet part of the community and was centrally located for all our activities. The host was SUPER responsive and proactive. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Kevin’s condo was great. Condo complex was very quiet, friendly people at the pool. Walkable to few restaurants, Walgreens & Grocery store. Short drive to everything we wanted to. Kevin was very responsive. Location was easy to find, detailed map was provided at check in. We had no issues finding the unit. If I’m back in Scottsdale area next year I would definitely stay here again.

Kevin was a wonderful host. He quickly responded to any questions we had. The condo was upated and beautifully decorated, along with being immaculate. There were plenty of towels, bed linens and paper supplies. The condo looked just like the pictures, with the updated kitchen, bath and flooring. What we liked especially was the location of the condo. It was in a quiet, secure neighborhood. The surrounding area had plenty of restaturants to choose from and many nice parks to visit. We had a wonderful time and are considering going again next year ( to escape our NJ winter) and will rent from Kevin again.

We stayed in Kevin’s beautiful condo for 10 nights. Everything was just as pictured! Very cozy feel, spotless and updated interior! Kevin was so approachable and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Scottsdale.

Kevin’s place is very cozy and centrally located. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Kevin was extremely responsive to all my questions. He was very proactive with supplying information and gave us a few great ideas for restaurants. Kevin checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was up to our standards and making sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Kevin’s condo if you are going to be staying in the Scottsdale area.

My family and I wanted to get away for the weekend to enjoy the Scottsdale and Phoenix area for the first time. Kevin and his lovely condo added to an already amazing trip - the place was spotless, decorated tastefully, and easy to locate. I would love to stay at Kevins when back in the area again (hopefully during spring training)!

Very easy to gain entry to the unit and included a parking space, which was important, because you are likely getting to Kevin’s by car. The unit was very clean, the kitchen had every thing we needed to eat in. The bed was comfortable and king size. Big fridge with an ice maker. On the second floor, the top floor of the complex, with a balcony. It was centrally located for our activities.
